3. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get support?+
Email us at support@vintagetracker.tech from the address on your Vintage Tracker account. Include a clear subject line, what you were trying to do, and any screenshots for technical issues. Logged-in users can also submit feedback from the dashboard.
How quickly do you respond?+
We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, Central European Time). Pro subscribers receive priority handling during beta. Urgent billing issues are routed as quickly as possible.
Can I request a feature?+
Yes. Email support with your idea and how it would help your Vinted reselling workflow. During Early Access we actively review feature requests from active users to shape the roadmap.
How do I report a bug?+
Email support@vintagetracker.tech with steps to reproduce the issue, your browser and device, and screenshots or screen recordings if possible. Mention whether the problem occurs on inventory, orders, billing, or Vinted import.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open Settings in your dashboard and use the Stripe Billing Portal to cancel before your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms of Service for full cancellation details.

Vintage Tracker is in active development. Early Access users help shape what we build next — from Vinted URL import to profit analytics and order workflows.
